Implementing  Ehtics/Morality in the International Language (World Language) classroom can be somehwhat challenging especially during the first two levels ( I and II ), as we are primarily focusing on building vocabulary and grammar concepts. Nonetheless, many ehtical dilemmas are cross cultural.  As international language teachers we need to take as many opportunities to expose our students to the ethical dilemmas and moral decision making that exsist in the target languages' rich cultures.

Here is but one idea:

• Read to students or have students read stories culturally relevant to the target language in the target language that include some sort of ethical dilemma.
